Merck & Co. Inc., the second largest drugmaker in the US is in talks to buy
Bangalore-based active pharmaceutical ingredients maker Micro Labs LtdThe privately-run company aims to achieve $1 billion sales by 2015, according
to its website.
In April, the company announced that it was in separate talks with
GlaxoSmithKline and Teva Pharma.
