The curtain raiser of the First International Congress of The Association of Breast Surgeons of India (ABSI) being organised in association with the European Society of Breast Cancer Specialists (EUSOMA), was held at the Hyderabad Marriott Convention Center.
The Indian Council for Medical Research’s statistics show that at least one lakh cases of breast cancer are diagnosed every year in India. More than 70 per cent of these cases are detected in advanced stages
